3.3.2    Acceptable Use

All the staffs of the University should use their official email accounts for only formal communication and official purposes; they should avoid using their accounts for exchanging personal mails. The following activities are considered acceptable for use of University’s email resources:

  • Communicating with staffs, students, researchers, and academicians at other partner universities,
  • Acquiring or providing information essential or related to the performance of an individual’s assigned duties,
  • Taking part in professional,  educational, and development activities, and
  • Affiliation addresses of academic publications,
  • Personal use of email is allowed provided that the personal use:
    • Does not materially interfere with performance of work respoinsibilities,
    • Does not interfere with performance of the University Networks and
