Statistics department was established in 2005 undergraduate programs and postgraduate program was also established in 2011. Currently, the department has reached one under graduate in Statistics and four post graduate programs in Biostatistics, Applied Statistics, Econometrics and Biometry programs. In addition, extension and summer in post graduate programs are offered in Biostatistics.
The department has well-furnished one for under graduate and two for postgraduate laboratories.
